Indigenous Leadership Development Plan

We long to see members of CLPC become “change agents” who will lead the way in the “Isaiah 61-Principle”.

CLPC is dedicated to an aggressive process of transformation in the ministry focus areas by developing and fostering leadership from the inside.

The 4 P's of ILDP

1

Possible

Broad interaction and identification

2

Potential

Further interaction and recognition; nurturing

3

Proven

Exemplify commitment and maturity – “passionaries”

4

Principal

Servant leaders, commissioned and “sent”.

Through this process, we seek to harness the talents and gifts that God has given persons in the ministry focus areas to redeem and redevelop their own neighborhoods into communities that thrive spiritually, physically, and economically.

We are committed to pouring ourselves into a vetted group of “Proven” leaders, from whom the desired principal “change agents” will emerge.
CLPC hosts annual leadership development seminars, and is poised to increase this effort on a more frequent basis.
